Meet Millie. (I have taken to calling her Your Royal Highness Lady Millicent.) She is the newest member of the Stidolph menagerie. She is a Golden Retriever/Labrador mix, and according to her vet, she is the perfect dog. We were able to adopt her from a foster family after her original owner had to give her up. She is about a year old and has an extraordinarily sweet disposition. She is settling in with us and, who are we kidding here, tolerating the children better than I ever could have imagined.

Griffin is really rising to the occasion and taking dog ownership very seriously. Hopefully, since he wanted a dog so very badly, the novelty of her won't wear off anytime soon. She loves to play ball, and Griffin is thrilled to throw them for her.

When she is tired, Harrison shares his blanket with her, so she will stay warm. 
Griffin is seeing to her religious and spiritual well being.
