Griffin is in the Coro Spiritoso of the Grand Rapids Musicians' League Youth Choirs.
Every Monday afternoon since January, I have been taking him to rehearsals. Miss Heidi is a very talented director and Griffin looks forward to going every week to see her.
This afternoon was his very first concert.
Griffin specifically asked me to take his picture while he sang.
And there's my big guy singing away.
Here he's looking very serious.
And we're a little happier now. He found us in the audience.
I would like to say I was mature about this whole concert thing, but honestly I was a nervous wreck. I realize that my children have countless years ahead of them being embaressed because their mother will be crying during every achievement and milestone they experience.
