If you actually read our family blog, you know about Griffin singing with the Grand Rapids Musicians’ League Youth Choirs. Their spring concert was a few weeks ago. Yesterday the choirs appeared at “Festival.” Griffin staying hydrated while waiting to go on.
Griffin followed Miss Heidi (the GRML director) around everywhere at Festival. He runs upstairs to comb his hair before going to rehearsals. hmmm…
Here they are lining up with their “buddy” right before they go on. Griffin’s buddy is Christopher a friend we made at St. Marks.
We’re waiting for them to come on.
Here they come!!!
Griffin gets distracted while waiting for the rest of the choir to get on stage.
And there he is, still patiently waiting.
The full choir is K-12. After they sang, all the different age groups sang a few songs. Here’s Griffin’s K-3 group.
At the very end, the whole choir came back on to sing one last song.
Afterwards, we found an ice cream sundae booth and celebrated our musician's successful day. Thank you so much to all our friends who came out to see his performance. We were all very excited to have you there. Far away friends and family stay tuned … videos are coming …
